A four mile run/walk through beautiful Waterfront Park in the morning and a baseball game that evening.  What a perfect way to spend a summer Saturday!  For a course map, click here.

All registrants receive a race t-shirt (only pre-registered will be guaranteed a shirt on race day) and one ticket to the Bats game at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 27^th against the Scranton Rail Riders on a Louisville Mashers Weekend.  Presented by Evan Williams Bourbon the weekend will feature $2 Bourbon Flights and Party at the Park with $5 select draft & import beers from 5:00 PM until the end of the 5th inning. Plus, live music on field before the game!

It’s back this year!  The famous BACON and Pancake Breakfast following the race inside Slugger Field.  Chow down on pancakes while waiting to see if your name is drawn for a door prize and applaud the overall winners and age group winners during the Awards Ceremony.  Please note, age group awards will only be available race day at the awards ceremony so plan on sticking around!

$25 early registration, $30 after June 30^th and $35 race day.

Race morning behind Louisville Slugger Field starting at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 7:45 a.m.

AWARDS

Overall male and female will receive a Louisville Slugger baseball bat and will throw out the first pitch at the game that night. Second and third will receive a commemorative Hillerich and Bradsby Louisville Slugger Souvenir Baseball Bat.

Top three male and female in each age group will receive awards. Age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over.

Awards ceremony at 9:15 a.m.

Door prize drawings start at 9:00 a.m.

Late registration and packet pick-up will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 7:45 a.m.

The top male and female race finishers will be throwing out the evening’s first pitch.

The race is named in honor of Dr. Edgar Morgan. Dr. Morgan was a dedicated Kiwanis member and long-time advocate for the Louisville running community.
